Terms of service (end-user license agreement)

These terms apply to anyone who uses AutoBooks, the service run by Scrub Solutions LLC ("we"). By logging in or connecting a QuickBooks company you agree to them.

The service

AutoBooks reads expense transactions from a connected QuickBooks Online company, suggests categories using the company's own history and an AI model, and posts to QuickBooks only the categories a person approves. It also shows profit and loss and balance sheet reports produced by QuickBooks.

Your books stay yours

The client owns its books and is responsible for them. Suggestions are proposals that a person reviews before they are posted. AutoBooks reports are unaudited and are not an audit, review or compilation.

Your login

Keep your password and authenticator app to yourself, and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your login. We may lock a login to protect a client's information.

Connecting and disconnecting QuickBooks

Connecting gives AutoBooks permission to read and update the connected company's accounting data. You can disconnect at any time from QuickBooks Online or by asking us.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted. QuickBooks remains your system of record and works without AutoBooks.
